AlbumPinter | vacature: You are responsible for creating intense user experiences. You will oversee and contribute to all activities around creative design, graphical design and web development. You create thrilling user experience for our customers, suppliers and partners. Together with the Design team, Marketing and IT teams you will build the global integrity of our brands through every communication over the Internet.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Concept creation
• Translate concepts to business goals and user needs
• Interaction design and information architectures based on goals and needs
• Graphical design
• End-responsible for best practices, conventions and styleguides
• Lead and coach other Interaction designers and developers
• Advise and execute usability tests
• Stay up-to-date with latest trends and capabilities in the field of usability and design
• Apply innovative approaches for solving usability challenges
• Ensure that usability is an integral part of all development activities

This position is based in Amsterdam and reports to the Creative Director.
