Personas in tien stappen

Personas are a powerful method for keeping a focus on your target audience throughout the design process. However, despite the increasing popularity of the persona method, it is still very hard to find good information on how to create and employ personas. Therefore, Lene Nielsen (Snitker & Co.) created a full-day persona course. In response to the enthusiastic reactions to the previous editions in Copenhagen, User Intelligence and Snitker & Co. have joined hands to organize this course in Amsterdam.
